Fluorescent Pet Spun bond fabric for High Visible work wear
Filtration: It can be the filtration layer of the dykes, river canal, seacoast, concrete slope, retaining walls. At the same time of preventing the clay granule from passing, it allows the water and the gas pass through freely
Separation : The isolation of the railway dregs and the roadbed, roadbed and the soft base, surface of the airdrome and parking lot and the grounds fill, different dam materials. It isolates the soil and the gravel of two kinds different granule pathway from the ground fill or other buildings
Reinforcement/Roofing : The highway, railway, soil-stone dam, breakwater, airport and backfill soil of retaining wall, slope protection, etc in which distributes the earth stress, prevents the side-displacement of the earth body and improves the earth-body stability. Also, used as a waterproofing substrate for roofing industries
Protection : It prevents the bank from being washed out, protects the bank and the bottom, prevents the water and soil from being washed away
Characteristics of PET Non-Woven
ECO-FRIENDLY
IT is Hydrophobic. The water cannot get through the nonwoven surface. We call it water-repellent or waterproof at certain conditions.
High Temperature resistant. As the melting point of PET/Polyester Non woven fabric is around 260C.It dimensional stability during high temperature conditions.
It has very good Strength , Excellent air permeability And its Anti pull, Anti-Tear and Anti-aging , Anti UV.
Polyester/PET Nonwoven which has a very special physical property is anti-gamma which POLPPROPYLENE ( PP) Does not have.
No Additives during the production process. So non-toxic to human Skin , No chemical reactivity , Suitable as per Food norms ( FDA norms).
What are the benefits of non-woven wallcoverings?
The greatest advantage of non-woven wallcoverings is that they are so easy to use.
In comparison to paper, which has been used to make wallpaper for centuries, non-woven fabric has only been discovered recently as a basic material, even though it has been around for many years. It is used in a variety of forms and applications. Just some examples are: lining of car roofs, nappies, disposable table cloths, etc.
Non-woven wallcovering is made by pressing together high-quality cellulose, polyester and textile fibres. These fibres were chosen because they can fit into each other, like a Velcro fastening. They interlace in an exceptionally stable way. Polymer binding agents give the fibres extra adhesive strength.
Polyester fibres are another important ingredient of non-woven wallcovering. One characteristic of these synthetic fibres is that unlike cellulose fibres, they do not absorb water and expand. Paper-backed wallpaper is made from cellulose and therefore expands when it is pasted and shrinks during drying. This is why it is so important to follow the instructions regarding the soaking time when applying this type of wallcovering. The paper must be allowed to expand to the maximum before being hung.
High-quality non-woven wallcovering does not expand because of the presence of large quantities of polyester fibres. In other words, it's dimensionally stable.
The possibilities of non-woven wallcovering are infinitely more varied. It is stronger and able to support much more weight. This makes it perfect for bridging small cracks in walls. Non-woven wallcoverings can also be used as carriers for an astounding variety of materials.
The fibres in the non-woven wallcovering can also be used to give optical effects by playing with the size and characteristic features (such as sheen) of certain fibres. It is also possible to apply figures or lines in relief during the production process.
What are the characteristics of high-quality non-woven wallcovering?•
Dimensional stability. Non-woven wallcoverings do not require any soaking time and can therefore be placed dry against pasted walls. This characteristic makes it easy to cover ceilings, attach long panels or even to install horizontally. As it dries, there is no tension and this prevents open seams or intense pressure on the wall underneath. In some cases, non-woven wallcovering can provide a solution for surfaces that are not absorbent enough or are sealed.
Non-woven wallcovering is microporous and allows walls to breathe. Mould does not stand a chance, thanks to the breathability of non-woven wallcovering; what's more, it allows moisture from the adhesive to evaporate quickly and easily.
Easy to remove (if not pasted with pure PVC adhesive)
Environmentally friendly.
Good heat resistance.
Suitable (especially the heavier non-woven coverings) for bridging small cracks in the wall.
